Part-Time Lecturer for Labor Studies – Introduction and Research on Immigrant Rights, Labor and Higher Education – Fall 2019 and Winter 2020 – Deadline June 20th
The UCLA Institute for Research on Labor and Employment seeks applications for a temporary, part-time, non-tenure track lecturer position during the 2019-20 academic year. Quarter academic appointment dates for this position are as follows:
Fall 2019: October 1-December 31st – LBRWS M166A: Immigrant Rights, Labor and Higher Education
Winter 2020: January 1-March 31st – LBRWS M166B: Research on Immigration Rights, Labor and Higher Education
Applications will be kept on file for consideration for any openings that may occur throughout the year. Responsibilities will include lecturing, conducting regularly scheduled office hours, and the writing and grading of assignments and exams. Ph.D. or terminal degree required. Priority will be given to candidates with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching Labor Studies and research methods. Please indicate your areas of specialization.
